DORA, GDPR and Finansinspektionen rules, as text your AI can cite.

Ask a question. You get the governing passage word for word, with the article, and the link to the official text.

For financial entities, and for the ICT providers who answer their contracts and questionnaires.

Try:

Step 2 · Install it

Add MetLex to the AI you already use.

One URL. Your AI calls MetLex over MCP (Model Context Protocol) and writes the answer from the passages it gets back: verbatim text, citation, link, date. No model runs at MetLex.

  1. Create account

One-time password by email on the account page. Connectors sign in with OAuth; other clients use a key from the same page.

  2. Add it

Settings → Connectors → add custom connector:

    https://mcp.metlex.eu/mcp
  3. Ask

Your AI cites the passage and links to the official text.

These steps on their own page, with the sign-in explained.

Step 3 · Add libraries

Add how the law is applied in practice.

Same account, same install: more passages appear.

Library EU

The EU record of how DORA is applied.

  • ESA Q&As on DORA: what counts as critical or important, what a contract must contain, how the register is filled in.

  • Then Swedish rulings and guidance along the ICT line

The law stays free: on this page, without an account, five passages per search; with a free account, all of them; as a tool, 300 searches a month and keys for up to three workstations.

With an adviser. When a passage is not enough: an adviser works on your question with the library, with AI or without. Advisers

Official text only.

EU acts from the Publications Office. Finansinspektionen's regulations from fi.se. The Q&As from the three European supervisory authorities. Every passage links to its official page and carries the date it was taken.

          Step 4 · Get advice

When the question is bigger than a passage.

An adviser takes it on: gap analysis, function mapping, the register of information. Works with your counsel: we prepare the register, mappings and drafts; your lawyers sign off contracts and legal positions. Two ways of working, the same deliverables, the same adviser.

          Advisory

AI reads your material first; the adviser checks every result.

          • Your policies, contracts, registers and incident records are read against the law and the record before the adviser starts.
          • Gaps, mappings and drafts come out of that reading. The adviser validates and refines that foundation, and the work with you builds on the result.
          • On a device you manage; your AI or ours, in the EU. Not for critical or important functions on our AI.

          Per phase or deliverable.

          Direct

          Human reading only.

          • The same adviser and the same deliverables. No AI reads your material.
          • For firms whose policy keeps AI away from internal documents.

          Per phase or deliverable.

          Who

Mettle AB, Stockholm, with partner advisers in Swedish finance: product, ICT and compliance people who have done DORA readiness work for financial entities.

          Which

Leave confidential details out; they come later, under the agreement. Kept until answered, then the contact details are removed.

          Your data

What is kept, and what is not.

No model runs at MetLex. What is recorded is which passages were returned; the query itself only if you turn history on. The privacy notice is the whole policy.

Without an accountEach search waits seven seconds. Bursts are capped at six searches a minute per network address; the address is held in memory as a hash for that minute and written nowhere.
With an accountHistory and the improve-retrieval switch are on for Free accounts and off for Library accounts. Both are yours to change on the account page.
WhereScaleway, Paris, hosts the service and sends the mail. Invoices are made in Fortnox (Sweden). No AI provider.
Over the toolThe query is never logged. Recorded: time, account, tool, status, latency, and the ids of the passages returned.
