Where the passages come from, and on what terms
Every passage is reproduced word for word from an official source and links to it. MetLex adds the gathering, the splitting into citable units, the dates and the currency; the texts belong to their publishers. All of them are available free of charge on the sites named here.
EU acts
DORA, its technical standards and GDPR, in English and Swedish, from the Publications Office of the European Union, with links to EUR-Lex. Each act is the text as published in the Official Journal, as the Publications Office held it on the snapshot date. Corrigenda and consolidated versions are not merged in; the EUR-Lex page of each act lists them. © European Union, 1998–2026. Reuse is authorised provided the source is acknowledged (Commission Decision 2011/833/EU). Only European Union legislation published in the Official Journal of the European Union is deemed authentic.
Finansinspektionen
FFFS regulations and general guidelines (föreskrifter och allmänna råd) from fi.se, with links to the PDF and page. Where fi.se publishes a consolidated version, that version is used, and the table says up to which amendment it runs; otherwise the regulation as issued, without later amendments. Swedish statutes and regulations issued by public authorities are not subject to copyright (upphovsrättslagen 9 §). The consolidated versions are compilations by Finansinspektionen and not authoritative; the regulation as issued, with its amendments, is.
ESA Q&As (Library)
Questions and answers on DORA published by the three European supervisory authorities, reproduced with the source acknowledged on each passage. The Q&As are not binding; they state the view of the authority or of the European Commission.

Library is a paid subscription. The Q&A material in it may be obtained free of charge through the EBA, ESMA and EIOPA websites. MetLex reproduces the material unchanged; where your own AI client summarises or translates a passage, that transformation is yours. ESMA and EIOPA do not endorse MetLex and are in no way liable for copyright or other intellectual property rights infringements. No logo of any authority is used.
Decisions (Library Sweden)
A decision enters the library only if it is public and about regulatory substance. A decision in which a natural person is sanctioned, accused or convicted is left out entirely. In the others, every natural person other than officials and judges acting in office is removed, with any special-category data, before the text is added, and each removal is marked [redacted]. Each document is checked by a person before it is published.
Instruments in the corpus
The corpus is updated nightly from the official sources. This table shows the instruments and snapshot dates as of Thursday 8 October 2026; the live counts are on the start page.
What MetLex does not do
No passage is edited, summarised or translated by MetLex. No model runs here. A passage carries a SHA-256 of its text so you can check that what you received is what was published.
